Estimating the charge of the packet delivery at the time of package entry. Package charge is determined based on the following guidelines:

Specifying the packages to the Privilege for delivery. This part of the intentions introduces an assigning the packets to a delivery on the basis of:
➢ The location in which they deliver packets.

Publication of the charges invoice for the consumers against the package received for the delivery. This involves three parts:

Depending on the prices, corresponding packet weights and their target areas. the notes invoice is provided for that client for all the packages collected during that month.
➢ Print of the bills invoices to be given over to that client for payment.
➢ Amendments to the bills invoice – this section allows the administration to correct the inaccurate one.
